What is the benefit of applying for a new loan through ARC as opposed to dealing directly with the bank myself?
We have access to the most competitive programs in the country. Your local bank will offer you their rates, but will they give you their competitor’s rates as well? That is what we do for you. Because we are the “middle man” and not the actual lender, we shop rates for you. And because of our volume, we can typically find you rates and terms not available at your local bank.
Why would I want to refinance and how do I go about it?
Our customers refinance their Recreational Vehicles or Horse Trailers for a number of reasons. Probably the most common reason to refinance is to get a lower interest rate. What fees or points does ARC charge for helping me obtain financing?
None. All Roads Capital charges no fees or points for helping you obtain financing. Because of the volume of business we do with our lenders, they pay us a small fee for referring business to them. This allows us to get you the best possible interest rates and terms in the industry, while providing you exceptional service throughout your purchase and refinance experience.
If ARC is “shopping” the lenders for me, who will be running my credit report? And how often will it be run?
If you have ever shopped dealerships for any type of vehicle or trailer, you know the damage that can be done to your credit report when multitudes of banks and lenders pull your credit report within a short span of time. We are sensitive to that problem. While All Roads has access to all of the major credit bureaus, we will typically pull one credit bureau from the company most prevalent in your area. From there, we will analyze your credit history and pass your application along to the lender or lenders that we feel will give you the best possible rates and terms for your financing program. Because of our experience with these lenders, we will generally know for which programs you best qualify and present these to you before we submit them to the lender. This greatly reduces the number of inquiries you have on your credit report, avoiding an unnecessary negative effect on your credit rating.

Once I’ve submitted my application, how long does the process take?
We can generally give you a preliminary approval in just a couple of hours! Once we know the specifics of the item you are looking to purchase or refinance, we will have a final approval within 24 hours of receiving your application and can typically overnight paperwork the following day. The entire process is usually completed in 3-5 business days.
If I am approved, how will I receive the paperwork?
We will overnight the paperwork to your home or business and include a return envelope for you to get the signed documents back to us.
What happens if I do not qualify for a loan?
In the unlikely event that we are not able to get you approved for financing, we will let you know why and offer suggestions for improving your situation so that we are able to approve you within the near future. Our finance staff is highly trained on credit bureaus and scoring models used by credit bureaus.
